Historic 140-year Old House Gets a Complete Renovation

We've gutted and completely rebuilt this 1870s house, bringing it up to code and into the 21st century with modern framing, insulation, electricity, plumbing and hi-efficiency heating and cooling. It's three spacious apartments are ready to move-in.
